I want to deepen the conversation around what actually happens to women in their 40s, 50s and early 60s - economically, biologically, culturally - and change the story. There is a huge gap between how midlife is talked about and what it can actually be. I want to close that gap.
Right now, the midlife conversation is dominated by two narratives: decline or denial. Either you’re being sold anti-ageing solutions, or you’re being told to “embrace the journey.” Neither is honest nor useful. I want to build something that tells the truth about what midlife actually is and what becomes possible when women stop accepting the antiquated frame they’ve been handed.

I’m Dimple Sthankiya. I’m in my early fifties and a solo mother by choice to an adorable nearly-nine year old boy. I’ve taught yoga for over twenty-five years and have been a longevity expert for women over forty for over a decade. I am also the Founder of Voyage & Soap . Most recently I’ve been advising global firms on the Longevity Economy & the Midlife Women’s Market.
